The room here is really quiet and super clean, plus the bathroom is nice. the location is awesome and the staff are friendly and welcoming. 🌟.

An otherwise good stay in a beautiful medieval town, spoiled by a bar with loud live music right under our window - no air conditioning available in May and we had to close our windows because of the loud music.

The double room was fabulous with stunning view, bathroom, as for instance and the location was marvellous. The cost was £ 103. Its staff was pleasant and affable...

The interior was quite clean and the breakfast options were fantastic!

What a nice stay, nothing to complain about. Little, fairly clean venue with marvellous and favourable location so close to the centre, all trattorias, and the hotel's restaurant. Private parking nearby provided...

Room was very comfortable with a private bath, and shuttered window looking out on quiet street. Room was very clean. Elevator available to go to room which helped with luggage. Wonderful, filling breakfast included in price - cereals, croissants, pastries, coffee, juice. Very pleasant dining area. Hotel an easy walk to bus to take to train station. Also has a resturant, and bar area.

Everything was wonderful except we could not dine there as their entire restaurant was booked for a private party that night. The party was noisy, but ended by midnight. The next day, the dining area was immaculate and ready for breakfast. Also, there were many other resturants within an easy walk.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of a beautiful spot in the historic center as well as the old town, offering quiet rooms with amazing views, and a variety of delicious breakfast options.

The location was great and brilliant for destinations we were going to.

Good value relative to other hotels in Assisi. Room was large enough.

No iron avaiable for guests, which is abonormal for anywhere that calls itself a hotel. This caused considerable inconvenience as I had a formal dinner so had to be dressed smart. The towels were more like thick sheets - not the most absorbant type I have used, but just about OK. Wifi was not free, which I think is unacceptable. No paying guest should ever have to pay for wifi - it's almost always free at backpacker hostals and 5 star hotels alike, but not this place which was a big disappointment.

The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Mount Subasio. the room was spotless and large with a bathroom and stunning view, along with all other comforts. - the price was US$135.

Nice staff, good value for money (56€/night), free parking available - next to the hotel, recommendable for short stays to Assisi

Great position in Roma, just few minutes to walk to bus stop. Just 20minutes to get to the city center by bus. Very clean everywhere. Perfect for coming with car, as they provide free parking. Very good price performance :-)

The location is marvelous and brilliant, as the hotel is based close to everything in Assisi. The room is new-fashioned, spotless, and complete with a bathroom and stunning view. There's Pizzeria Da Andrea offering takeout not very far from the venue.

Beautiful town; very quiet part of town so nice and peaceful at night!

The worst coffee at breakfast I had in Italy!! Luckily there was a bar downstairs where the macchiato was good.
